Steve and Denise have proudly been Superhosts since 2021. As longtime local residents, they bring a deep connection to the community, having owned property in Cottonwood for over 20 years. Steve, a former owner of a successful computer programming corporation, and Denise, a retired teacher with 35 years of experience in California, now dedicate their time to their shared passion: restoring homes and uncovering the rich history of Old Town Cottonwood.
